§ 6407-10. Obstructions.

No person shall store or leave equipment, materials, debris, etc., on docks or fingers. Any steps used for access to a boat shall not extend more than one-half (½) the distance across the width of any fingers. No portion of a vessel shall overhang a dock or walkway nor extend more than three (3) feet into a fairway.
