§ 6407-11. Assumption of risk by vessel owner.

As and to the extent set forth in Harbors and Navigation Code Section 661, the owner of any vessel assumes the risk of damage or loss of his property while it is within the jurisdictional limitations of the County. The County assumes no risk on account of fire, theft, act of God, conditions of the sea, or damages of any kind to vessels.
