§ 6407-7. Inflammable materials and fueling of vessels.

No person shall store any highly inflammable material in lockers on marina docks, except that paint products in tightly closed metal containers may be stored in such lockers. The slip management will make periodic checks on the contents of such lockers. No person shall store oily rags or rags with paint in such lockers. No person shall fuel vessels at other than approved marine fuel facilities.
