§ 6407-8. Use of fire.

Latest version.

No person shall use fire on board any vessel in the Harbor or Outer Harbor for the purpose of heating pitch, tar, or other flammable substances. No person shall make or maintain a bonfire or open fire for the burning of rubbish or refuse material or for cooking in the Harbor at any time, except that the use of a hibachi or self-contained barbecue is permitted on the open deck of vessels provided conditions for such use are safe.
