Any person who violates any provision or fails to comply with any of the requirements
of this Chapter or of any term or condition of, or applicable to any permit, variance
or amendment thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor/infraction as specified in Section 13-1 of the Ventura County Ordinance Code and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable
in accordance with Section 13-2 of this Code. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and
every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Chapter
is committed, continued, or permitted by such person, and shall be punishable therefor
as provided in Section 13-2.
