§ 8106-7.5. Wireless communication facilities.

Wireless communication facilities may be installed at a height that exceeds the height limit of the zone, provided that the facility does not exceed the maximum height limits prescribed in Subsection 8107-45.4(f). All wireless communication facilities shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with the development standards stated in Section 8107-45.4.
