The permittee shall provide the County with a hold harmless agreement, acceptable
to the County, prior to the issuance of a Zoning Clearance, which provides, in substance,
that: The permittee agrees to hold the County harmless, indemnify, and defend the
County for any loss or damage to property, or injury or loss of life arising out of
the use authorized by this Zoning Clearance.
