§ 8107-5.1. Purpose.

The purpose of this section is to establish reasonable and uniform limitations, safeguards and controls for oil and gas exploration and production facilities and operations within the county which will allow for the reasonable use of an important county resource. these regulations shall also ensure that development activities will be conducted in harmony with other uses of land within the county and that the rights of surface and mineral owners are balanced.
