§ 1364-11. Conduct surveys.

Establish criteria and conduct or cause to be conducted comprehensive surveys in conformance with Federal and State survey standards and guidelines for cultural heritage resources within the boundaries of the County which the Board, on the basis of information available or presented to it, has reason to believe may be eligible for designation. Publicize and periodically update the surveys' results. Said surveys will include all Federal and State designated Cultural Heritage sites. Said list shall contain a statement indicating, where appropriate, that sites are private and not open to the public. If owners protest inclusion, the information will be kept confidential and unpublished.
