§ 4854-3. Finality of orders without a hearing.

If no hearing is timely demanded by a petitioner and a hearing is not otherwise required by law, the order of the Environmental Health Department on any petition shall be final and conclusive upon expiration of the time for demand of a hearing. If a hearing is timely demanded by petitioner or is otherwise required by law, any order of the Environmental Health Department under this section shall not be final and conclusive pending the hearing.
