§ 4855-5. Finality of citation or order without a hearing.

If no hearing is timely demanded by the person cited or ordered, the citation or order of the Environmental Health Department shall be final and conclusive upon expiration of the time for demand of a hearing. If a hearing is timely demanded, the citation and order of the Environmental Health Department shall not be final or conclusive pending the hearing.
