§ 4856-3. Demand for hearing.

Any demand for a hearing must be in writing, delivered or mailed, postage prepaid, to the Environmental Health Department, within twenty (20) days after service of the abatement order. Said abatement order shall be deemed served on the day the order is delivered or mailed, registered and postage prepaid, to the person responsible for the nuisance, whichever is earlier.
