§ 8178-2.2. Identification of environmentally sensitive habitat areas (ESHA).

If a new ESHA is identified by the County on a lot or lots during application review, the provisions of this Article shall apply. The County shall periodically review and update its maps pertaining to environmentally sensitive habitat areas in the coastal zone.
