§ 8178-8.4.2.4. Landscaping adjacent to an Environmentally Sensitive Habitat Area.

The plant palette for a landscape area within one hundred (100) feet of Environmentally Sensitive Habitat Areas (ESHA) shall be in accordance with an approved Habitat Restoration Plan and shall consist of locally-indigenous native plant species as recommended by a qualified biologist.
