§ 8107-14.1. Temporary offices during construction.

  • Temporary structures acceptable to the Building and Safety Division may be used as temporary offices on a construction site, or on an adjoining lot if owned by the same developer or same property owner, in accordance with Article 5, provided that a building permit for such construction is in full force and effect on the same site, or if a land use permit or subdivision has been approved on the site and a Zoning Clearance for grading or use inauguration has been issued. The units shall be connected to a water supply and sewage disposal system approved by the Environmental Health Division. The units shall be removed from the site within 45 days after a clearance for occupancy for the permitted use is issued by the Building and Safety Division or, in the case of a phased residential or commercial project, upon conclusion of the development program. A surety or bond for removal of the temporary structure(s) may be required at the discretion of the Planning Director.
